Responsibilities
Inspect parts/materials for compliance with specifications.
Inspect dealer-returned parts to determine suitability for restocking.
Audit warehouse processes to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
Investigate customer complaints, conduct inspections, and recommend corrective actions.
Utilize precision instruments and perform thorough inspections.
Operate powered equipment as necessary.
Maintain accurate records and comply with reporting policies.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Follow safety and quality standards.
Train and communicate safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Motivate and engage operational staff to achieve facility results.
Solve operational problems with a proactive approach.
Cover other shifts when necessary, including weekends and holidays.
Locate Bin Denials.

Required
High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
Three to five years of experience working in quality inspecting/auditing required.
Three to twelve months of relevant experience working in Outbound/Inbound operation.
Preferred
Additional academic work in quality, engineering, or related field preferred.
