Responsibilities
Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure products meet high standards
Create comprehensive QA plans and manage their execution
Conduct manual hands-on testing for products
Develop and maintain automated test suite
Identify, isolate, and report bugs in new feature development
Manage project timelines and release schedules related to QA
Verify and reproduce customer-reported bugs and escalations
Aid in prioritization and communication of issues between customers, products, and engineering

Required
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of Software QA experience crafting, maintaining, and carrying out test plans
3+ years of programming experience, preferably in scripting and automated testing
Experience with Salesforce platform
Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and testing tools
Experience crafting test reporting dashboards and reports, enabling seamless status reporting to multi-functional partners
Experience identifying automation requirements and crafting solutions to address test execution challenges
Experience diagnosing and debugging complex systems
Enjoys working in a dynamic environment that is evolving and may be demanding at times
Proactive, take initiative, and work collaboratively
Experience with ticket tracking systems
Preferred
Worked with automation test tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress
Have experience with project management
Have experience working closely with operations teams
Experience handling sensitive customer data and logs
Experience in residential solar
