Responsibilities
Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Define test strategies and create detailed test documentation for new and existing software features.
Execute manual and automated tests to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Identify, log, and track software defects using issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct code reviews and collaborate with the development team to improve software quality.
Implement and monitor quality metrics to assess software performance and reliability.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
Continuously improve and expand the test automation suite.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with project requirements.
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all testing activities.
Provide clear and concise feedback to stakeholders regarding software quality and readiness.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG), frameworks (e.g., React) and languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Golang).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile development environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
