Responsibilities

Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.

Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.

Conduct pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.

Maintain knowledge of market trends and developments; identify needs for new products and services; and make recommendations.

Compose, develop, evaluate, and conduct training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.

Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows.

Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute marketing strategies.

Develop content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.

Coordinate the creation and maintenance of the company website and social media platforms.

Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management tools.

Preferred

Associates degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

At least three years of experience in a related field.

Experience in the construction or renewable energy industry.
