Responsibilities
Provides professional secretarial and administrative support to senior executives, exercising confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
Screens calls, manages calendars, arranges complex travel and meeting arrangements, manages expenses and mail, and deals with highly sensitive or confidential information.
Prepares complex and confidential documents and presentations, works closely with finance teams on forecasting revenue and expense reports.
Involved in conference and event organization.
Trains other administrative staff and advises on Company policies and procedures.
Requires strong computer and internet research skills along with the ability to train others on system usage.
Requires flexibility, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Interacts with senior management across the Company on significant matters, anticipating and responding to requests by modifying procedures to individual circumstances.
May work on ad-hoc projects.
May require specific industry or market experience.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or any related field.
At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to draft reports, correspondence, and other formal documents.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Comfortable dealing with people at all organizational levels.
Capability to perform detailed research and analysis.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
