Responsibilities

Craft and build systems for scale to enable Workday’s next phase of growth.

Define the product strategy, roadmap, and investment focus areas in collaboration with users, cloud operators, and partners.

Identify, specify, and prioritize features to implement and deliver on the roadmap.

Optimize business outcomes and key initiatives.

Serve as the voice of the customer for products and voice of the product to customers.

Influence without authority in a highly matrixed environment.

Drive strategy, roadmap, and execution in a fast-moving atmosphere.

Required

5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years building cloud scale products in SaaS, PaaS, or B2B.

BA/BS in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience

Preferred

MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.

An inherently collaborative style that enables you to win the hearts and minds of your peers to efficiently implement a complex product roadmap, with execution often happening across teams.

Excellent communications and influencing skills across all levels of a large organization, as well as with external partners and collaborators.

The sort of personality who thrives in taking ownership and driving strategy, roadmap, and execution in a fast-moving, quickly changing atmosphere.
