Responsibilities

Work in a safe manner to prevent injuries or damage to assets

Plan and schedule projects from start to finish, ensuring clarity in tasks, materials, and resources

Support bidding and proposals for new projects, including planning, scheduling, and estimating efforts

Coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet customer obligations

Prepare bid and proposal for additional services, ensuring customer approval and payment

Monitor and maintain customer work plans/packages

Conduct audits to ensure compliance with airframe and engine storage programs

Track project budgets and actuals to ensure cost-effectiveness

Assist with manpower planning and fulfill contractual obligations

Create and maintain reports for management using relevant software tools

Plan projects in advance to avoid delays and ensure timely completion

Conduct meetings with customers to communicate project status and concerns

Demonstrate professionalism and ethical behavior in all interactions

Resolve conflicts professionally and seek feedback for improvement

Comply with company policies and contribute to a positive work culture

Required

BS in technical field or management or equivalent experience

15 Years technical (A&P, engineer, technician, maintenance supervisor, etc.) aviation experience

5 Years aerospace engineering, maintenance or logistics experience

5 Years Program Management Experience

Responsible for large and/or technically complex programs that represent the most risk to the company

Responsible for a group or collection of programs or business area representing a significant portion of the company business

Uses Microsoft Office and Project
