Responsibilities
Build and present capacity models for future component needs and capacity gaps.
Serve as the subject matter expert on capacity for critical suppliers.
Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing team on dual sourcing and supplier development initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for component ramps and quarterly Supplier Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
Lead Supply Reviews with other TE Business Units supplying ICT.
Train suppliers on updating/maintaining capacity in SAP IBP.
Support enterprise technology projects related to supplier planning.
Facilitate the flow of supplier S&OP output into the central ICT S&OP process.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related degree, preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
3+ years’ experience, including 2+ years in Supply Chain or Procurement
Extensive Excel skills required to support reporting and analytics requirements
Travel 10%-15%
Preferred
SAP S4 Hana, SAP PP/MRP, SAP IBP, SupplyOn is nice to have but not required
Data visualization experience via Tableau/Power BI, and proficiency with Python, SQL, R is a huge plus
