Responsibilities

Take the lead on operational functions for the Partnership Marketing team

Manage the trafficking of TV, Radio, Web, and digital and physical Signage

Support the activation of sponsorship assets for corporate partner accounts

Assist in activating strategic partnerships

Participate in staff meetings and provide updates on Partnership inventory

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure clear communication

Track and manage hospitality elements for partners and departmental needs

Execute partnerships gifting strategy

Assist with Gameday event execution

Manage department photography needs

Track and manage department Accounts Payable

Perform other tasks and projects as required

Assist with Partnership events as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field required or equivalent experience

2+ years successful service background with a preference for experience at a sports and entertainment property, agency, or brand

Strong work ethic and a collaborative team player who is proactive and driven, and works well on a team or independently

Adept at client and account management and fulfilling projects on time

Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Passionate and motivated with a positive attitude, and solutions-oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience a plus

Ability to establish effective and cooperative inter-departmental relations as well as relations with partners and vendors

Ability to coordinate and juggle numerous priorities and projects and meet deadlines without sacrificing creative effectiveness

It is imperative that you have the ability to work independently, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative

Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills
