Responsibilities

Create images, illustrations, graphs, graphics, static documents, and animations for both print and digital media.

Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma to produce high-quality visual content.

Apply design principles and style guides effectively to ensure a consistent look and feel.

Offer design recommendations and consulting services to peers and colleagues.

Manage projects and relationships with a customer-focused approach and attention to detail.

Required

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and three years of related work experience. Degree will be verified.

Knowledge of design and communication theories and principles

Skill with visual design tools, platforms, and technologies

Skill in designing a variety of print and digital media

Consultative approach to problem-solving

Good communication skills (verbal, writing, presentation)

Growth mindset

Preferred

Healthcare experience

Five years related work experience

Experience with the latest visual communication techniques (for example, AR/ VR, 3D animation)
