Responsibilities
Transform business requirements into delivery solutions.
Perform full stack development from UI to app services.
Administer systems, monitor, configure, back-up, and tune.
Create and maintain quality code, engage in peer code reviews.
Contribute to project plans, estimations, and status updates.
Identify and resolve issues, develop processes, and communicate with stakeholders.
Focus on day-to-day activities, make enhancements, and troubleshoot.
Configure and develop custom components with technology partners.
Ensure applications are free of common coding vulnerabilities and follow security practices.
Engage in unit and integration testing, scope assessment, risk, and cost analysis.
Respect TD's technology delivery practices and standards.
Monitor state-of-health and monthly SLA targets.
Apply technical expertise during incident management life cycle.

Required
Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
3-5 years of solid hands-on C# programming experience on the Microsoft stack, including ASP.NET MVC development.
Web knowledge is beneficial (our UI is Angular but web app experience in general is appreciated
DBs: Oracle / Mongo
Middleware exposure is useful e.g. MQ / Caching
Azure or Google cloud knowledge/experience is also useful since we anticipate more cloud-based work in the future.
Experience in Equity Derivative technology teams and equity derivatives knowledge is a big plus
Readiness and motivation (as senior or lead developer and valued subject matter expert) to address and resolve highly complex and multifaceted development-related issues, often independently.
Strength in coaching and advising clients, partners and project teams.
Commitment to and belief in the quality of your deliverables.
Preferred
Financial experience is a strong asset.
Strong verbal, written, presentation & communication skills.
Proactive, organized, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
