Responsibilities

Responsible for thoroughly understanding and communicating client requirements and project risks to appropriate team members and managing all requirements to ensure client expectations are met.

Coordinate and facilitate project deliverables – determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time and manpower requirements, and sequencing project elements.

Track project progress, review project tasks and deliverables to make certain deadlines are met.

Conduct risk management planning, identification, analysis, response planning, and controlling risk on mid to large size projects.

Assess project issues and identify solutions to ensure project is delivered on-time and within budget while meeting client and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular status meetings with all internal stakeholders and client representatives.

Perform the work required to identify the people, groups, or organizations that could impact or be impacted by the project; to analyze stakeholders’ expectations and their impact on the project; and to develop appropriate management strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders in project decisions and execution.

Manage the work so that it aligns with quality policies, procedures, objectives, and standards to meet both Campos EPC and client expectations within contract terms.

Analyze, estimate, recommend to the appropriate company leaders required resources and competencies with the project teams.

Perform work necessary to estimate, budget, verify funding, verify financing, manage monitor and control costs according to the approved budget on mid to large sized projects.
