Responsibilities

Solve complicated architecture problems to build scalable and extendable systems.

Work with firmware engineers and PM to build intuitive and powerful workflows to handle containers.

Coordinate and align knowledge and opinions between Firmware, SRE, and Dashboard developers.

Implement sophisticated Dashboard systems and infra to handle MX SDWAN and Security solutions.

Identify and solve performance bottlenecks in the MX Dashboard architecture.

Take complete ownership from conception to production release by maximizing your ability to influence, facilitate, and work collaboratively across teams.

Lead, mentor, and spread standard methodologies to other specialists on the team.

Required

12+ years of proven experience writing professional production code and tests for large-scale systems

10+ years of experience in Backend and full-stack technologies (Ruby on Rails, Scala, Go)

Experience working on large scale systems

Can implement efficient database design and query performance in a relational database (Postgres, SQL)

Demonstrate a sense of ownership throughout the entire development process, from conception to production release, by effectively influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Strategic and product-oriented approach with a desire to understand users

Outstanding communication skills
