Responsibilities

Using Outlook Calendar to coordinate and maintain events, appointments, and meetings for faculty physicians.
Answering and relaying telephone calls, resolving inquiries, and greeting visitors.
Composing correspondence and reports using computer applications.
Processing purchase orders, maintaining records, and preparing deposits.
Ordering and tracking supplies, serving as a contact person for IT and vendors.
Scheduling maintenance, troubleshooting office equipment, and managing office procedures.
Collecting and distributing mail, faxes, and providing administrative support for the Division.

Required

High School Diploma
3 years of experience
Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management

M-F 8-4:30 schedule
