Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering and Solution Design: Discuss your approach to working with development teams to translate business requirements into User Stories and technical specifications.
Business Process Analysis: Illustrate your experience in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement, along with specific examples of recommended process changes.
Business Insights: Provide examples of how you’ve translated complex data findings into actionable business insights and recommendations for software integration and architectural design.
System Implementation and Testing: Detail your involvement in system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Testing Support: Highlight your experience in assisting with test planning, test case creation, and test execution, working closely with quality assurance teams.
Project Management: Describe your experience in managing project tasks related to business analysis activities, including tracking progress and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Vendor Management: Share your experience managing relationships with software vendors, coordinating vendor demonstrations, and overseeing vendor solution implementations.
Change Management: Discuss your role in change management activities related to system implementations, including impact assessments, developing training materials, and end-user support.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide examples of how you’ve facilitated effective communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
Continuous Improvement: Explain how you’ve monitored and evaluated the performance of supported systems, conducted post-implementation reviews, and recommended enhancements.
Risk Management: Highlight your approach to identifying and mitigating risks and issues related to business analysis activities.

Required
Experience with Complex IT Projects, particularly using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Business Requirements Gathering and translating them into technical specifications
Business Process Documentation
Business Analysis for Software Solutions
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel
Understanding and experience with data management and infrastructure, including data models, SQL, ETL processes, and the Microsoft Office suite
Communication Skills in both written and verbal communications
Preferred
