Responsibilities

Ensure delivery of projects meet or exceed customer and company success criteria.

Interpret technical documents, requirements, and design specifications with attention to detail.

Read and understand industry-standard engineering drawings.

Compile and maintain supporting documentation from various sources.

Forecast resource needs and optimize resource assignments for projects.

Create a motivated and engaged team environment.

Develop partnerships with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Support sales team in developing new business.

Assist in developing industry-specific strategies to grow revenue and profitability.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science plus 1-2 years experience OR Associate’s degree (A.A.) from a Technical School plus 5 - 10 years experience

In depth process and automation knowledge

Previous DCS configuration and programming experience with Emerson PROVOX and DeltaV control systems

Previous experience with PLC’s, (Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE, Schneider, etc.) automation/building management control systems

Experience in an industrial automation project delivery environment

Adaptable, resilient, adjusts quickly, maintains effectiveness throughout periods of change, exhibits tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to lead team through change

Excellent communication, interpersonal, team building, and organizational skills

Able to relate well to others, including team members, peers, senior leaders, and customers

Working knowledge of word processor and spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel and Word).

Working knowledge of database programs (i.e. IFS, Outlook) preferable.
