Responsibilities

Troubleshoot a variety of complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve difficult process engineering issues to enhance defectivity.
Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports.
Coordinate design requirement reviews with appropriate engineering/scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods.
Design, perform, collect data, analyze and compile reports on moderately difficult process engineering experiments.
Measure materials properties and interpret data, identify, select and work with vendors and suppliers.
Develop new or modified process formulations, define processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications.

Required

Bachelor's Degree
4 - 7 Years of Experience
Expertise in materials corrosion/erosion/degradation relevant to semiconductor processes (chemistry and plasma)
Knowledge of ALD/CVD/Etch, coating technology, and failure analysis
Experience in materials characterization (particles, film, coating, and bulk)
Understanding of plasma and materials interaction
Familiarity with particles transport, flow/thermal/stress modeling
Knowledge of metal contamination causes and mitigation
