Responsibilities
Conduct due diligence environmental site assessments (Phase 1 and 2) and subsurface investigation/environmental remediation work.
Collect soil, groundwater, soil gas, and indoor air samples for site characterization purposes.
Write detailed environmental site assessment reports and/or technical assessment reports with accurate data/summary tables and figures.
Assist senior managers in coordinating work activities for multiple project functions to ensure delivery.
Assist in meeting milestones, budget limits, deadlines, or performance indicators.
Assist in selecting and managing project staff members and subcontractors.
Prepare and implement Health and Safety Plans/Job Safety Analyses for sites.

Required
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, geology, or related field.
3 - 5 years of professional experience in the execution of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Subsurface Investigations, and remediation tasks.
Working knowledge of local/regional regulatory framework & standards.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong technical writing skills.
Ability to perform multiple tasks and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to perform exceptionally under fast-paced conditions and meet expected deadlines.
Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite required.
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard (HAZWOPER) 40-Hour training certification required.
OSHA 10-Hour Construction training certification required.
Ability/willingness for frequent regional travel up to 100%, with occasional overnight, extended stay and/or national travel.
Possession of a valid driver's license is required for this role, as it involves the frequent use of rental cars or company vehicles.
Preferred
Prior experience conducting Property Condition Assessments a plus, but not required.
CAD or GIS systems knowledge is a plus.
