Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and execute the regional marketing plan to achieve company marketing pipeline and revenue goals for North America
Develop coordinated Account Based Marketing programs focusing on our target markets/accounts with emphasis on opportunity acceleration and customer engagement.
Create strategic marketing plan and implement programs that drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty within regional targeted accounts. Programs include Dragos-led events, third-party event sponsorships, executive events, virtual experiences, hands-on workshops, user group forums, learn n’ learns, briefings and more.
Project manage all aspects of virtual and in-person events from concept to promotion to execution and follow up.
Work closely with Dragos sales, partners and other marketing functions to grow the sales pipeline
Responsible for ongoing feedback loop between sales and customers, and our broader marketing team to continuously improve our Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Corporate Communications teams as they develop integrated marketing campaigns for North America. These include but not limited to digital advertising, targeted email, social media, and public relations
Understand the market trends in the regions and customize programs as needed

Required
5+ years in a Field Marketing role in B2B software with significant emphasis on event marketing programs
2+ years working to develop Account Based Marketing programs with a proven track record to accelerate opportunities and engage customers towards expansion
Experience managing quarterly and annual lead, pipeline, and revenue goals for a region
Self-starter with strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, and risk factors
Proactively interact with various levels of stakeholders and make recommendations and decisions based on data and insights
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with experience managing people and vendors
Experience working within HubSpot and Salesforce to develop and track marketing campaigns and results. Experience with Swoogo event management software a plus
Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed to support the regions and participate in company meetings and team offsites
