Responsibilities

Possess a strong understanding of HubSpot CRM functionalities, including contacts, deals, tasks, workflows, and automation.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings. Oversee data integrity through regular data audits, cleaning, and deduplication.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement within HubSpot.

Develop and implement workflows, automation sequences, and custom objects to streamline processes.

Build and manage custom dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and user activity.

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Configure and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other marketing, sales, and service tools.

Provide ongoing training and support to internal users on utilizing HubSpot effectively.

Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting issues and answering questions.

Proactively stay updated on new HubSpot features and best practices.
