Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage customer requested changes

Maintain specifications for various Class I and II products

Lead projects and provide timelines that require material changes, design changes or in response to regulatory changes.

Support supply chain with evaluating alternate materials and providing technical documentation to allow alternate materials to be used in production.

Identify and direct process improvement opportunities for the Healthcare division

Supervise, train and mentor a team engineers to support their individual projects and support their career growth

Communicate and manage customer expectations

Manage projects by developing project timelines and determining testing required for meeting quality, regulatory and technical requirements

Develop exceptional engineers
