Responsibilities
Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials for internal and external audiences.
Maintain and update content on Ascend Academy and Confluence spaces.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content alignment with product updates.
Monitor and respond to feedback to support Ascend's Help Center content.
Implement instructional design best practices to enhance learning experiences.
Conduct audits of documentation and learning materials for consistency and quality.
Manage organization, tagging, and retrieval of documentation for usability.
Stay informed about industry trends in instructional design and e-learning technologies.
Work cross-functionally with teams to align documentation with business goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in content development.

Required
At least three years experience in content creation and publishing
Experience with Articulate/Rise 360
Curiosity for emerging trends in instructional design
Commitment to creating engaging, user-friendly content
Strong teamwork and communication skills
