Responsibilities

Build and modify web pages within the content management system in accordance with web style guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand web content requirements and ensure alignment with brand standards.

Optimize digital graphics using Adobe Photoshop and upload assets into the asset management system.

Review and activate pages within the CMS platform, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Provide training to content authors on web page building and editing tasks.

Monitor channels to answer technical questions and provide support to global content authors.

Identify and document defects and platform improvements using Jira.

Assist the Digital Engineering team in sprints and provide authoring support for regression testing.

Attend meetings and provide technical support as needed during off-hours.

Be available for special projects and issues during evenings and weekends.

Required

BA/BS required

More than 5+ years of hands-on experience managing marketing content within content management systems

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is strongly preferred

Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite of products including Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver

Understanding of HTML and CSS

Experience with project management tools, WorkFront and Jira a plus

Basic understanding of SEO principles

Self-motivated work style with strong alignment to timelines, and the ability to succeed in fast-paced collaborative environment

Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills

Utmost attention to detail and an eye for design consistency

Proactive thinking, constantly seeking improvement opportunities

Ability to work well in a team as well as alone to accomplish tasks without supervision
