Responsibilities

Own and enforce project deadlines and schedules.

Analyze complex business problems and assess inefficiencies in processes and systems.

Critically evaluate information, design automated systems, and develop requirements specifications.

Recommend and implement configuration changes to enhance system efficiency.

Lead activities between business and IT teams, develop operational processes, and monitor data quality.

Create training materials, work with large datasets, and develop reports and dashboards.

Required

Bachelor’s degree.

At least 4 years of data, business and/or systems analyst experience to include translating between business and technical requirements.

Experience with structured querying language (SQL).

Experience applying knowledge of relational database schemas.

Experience documenting technical processes into digestible formats.

Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.

Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.

Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology related field.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
