Responsibilities

Financial management for the contract, as well as resource management of the team of professional scientists, chemists, engineers, and tradespeople assigned to the contract.

Effectively managing, interfacing, and coordinating performance of all tasks assigned in the contract Task Orders.

Communicating with Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer’s Representatives regarding contract task order performance and customer satisfaction.

Managing work through subcontractors, multiple Task Order activities, and changing priorities to achieve success in the overall program.

Providing contract status briefs and reports to customers, contract team, and GTO leadership.

Coordinating and communicating with managerial and technical staff on a regular frequency to convey organizational initiatives, processes, and status.

Oversee recruiting, hiring, training and compensation for contract staff.

Review and authorizing subcontracts and submission of proposals and invoices.
