Responsibilities

Oversee and lead the design of all touchpoints within the platform, including products, engines, and functions.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders and internal/external UX/UI teams to achieve an intuitive and impactful experience reflecting the company’s core values.

Lead collaboration with Marketing, DigiTech, DigiOps, and IT teams globally to maximize value through an exceptional experience and loyalty to Ingram Micro.

Establish key needs, requirements, and expectations of Ingram Micro Xvantage™ users and develop experience design strategies that address them.

Initiate strategies anticipating changes in user behavior, document usage, determine conversion and retention rates, and engage in design thinking with global teams.

Work with digital teams to ensure a seamless brand and buying experience, gather feedback, and collaborate on new digital products and improvements.

Ensure Customer Experience strategies align with business objectives and marketing goals.

Utilize experience in product design, user experience, wireframing, prototyping, design tools, and team management.
