Responsibilities
Responsible for assessing staffing needs and working with team leads to address those needs.
Support recruitment activities, including creating requisitions, conducting interviews, and approving offers.
Establish personal, program, and functional goals, perform performance evaluations, and provide career development recommendations for subordinates.
Generate training plans based on program and subordinates' needs.
Lead the Command & Control (C2) Software Test Team and develop, perform, and support test activities and documentation.
Manage Cost Account and Risk Management, participate in technical planning and analyses, verify specifications and designs through testing, and support requirement verification.
Create technical reports, lead automation and integration of functionality, and present test and analysis results.

Required
6 years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree, 4 years with Masters or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.
Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years.
US Citizenship with Ability to obtain Special Program Access.
At least 1 year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.
At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in embedded and/or application software test planning and software test execution.
Preferred
U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Top Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years.
3+ years leading a team, including mentoring and coaching.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills with the ability to solve issues and predict potential programmatic and technical risks.
At least 1 year of demonstrated experience as a Cost Account Manager or managing EV for an engineering team.
Prior Experience of ICBM test methodologies.
Experience with AFI Test Directive 99-103.
Experience in CSCI level hardware and software integration testing.
Experience in deployment of embedded software with lab equipment.
Demonstrated ability working with cross-functional teams and customers.
Familiarity with Agile engineering and Jira.
