Responsibilities
Serves as the primary engineering resource and/or the project lead on projects using existing technology or as an engineering resource on new technology projects.
Drafts and executes testing protocols for allograft tissues, processes, and equipment. Generates technical reports for verification and validation of new products/processes and/or improvement implementations.
Supports the engineering needs of other LNH departments as determined appropriate.
Responsible for mentoring peers, technicians on existing procedures.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and two (2) years of Engineering experience in the medical device industry or a similarly regulated industry (e.g. Aerospace, Pharmaceutical) OR
Master’s degree in Engineering and no years of Engineering experience in the medical device industry or a similarly regulated industry (e.g. Aerospace, Pharmaceutical)
Preferred
Master's Degree in in Engineering
White Belt or Green Belt Lean Certification from LNH Lean University or similar
Two ( 2 ) years of d irectly related medical device engineering experience
Solidworks, MiniTAB, JMP
Biomedical Engineering and Technology k nowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology to production and development of clinical solutions
