Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and implementing business systems requirements for SalesForce and system changes or enhancements in coordination with business users, management, other IT resources, and/or vendors.
Develop and maintain CPQ concepts such as MDQ, product rules, price actions, and associated automation related to opportunity, contract, and subscription management.
Cross-functionally implement the Lead-to-Revenue (Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash) process within a Salesforce light-based environment.
Develop and maintain a suite of GTM and marketing automation tools such as Outreach, Gainsight, etc.
Conduct research on the best practices and industry/functional trends.
Lead projects related to Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and customizations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users on all aspects of Salesforce functionality.
Design and implement complex workflows and process automation to streamline operations.
Previous experience in Saas and Salesforce Advanced Admin certifications are nice to have.

Required
3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a proven track record of success in leading projects and managing complex implementations.
Possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, advanced features, and best practices.
Thorough understanding of software delivery methodologies, project management, change management, etc
Documents requirements and specifications for system implementation enhancements, develops consensus for those enhancements
Demonstrate strong skills in process automation and workflow design with an understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and other development tools.
Lead by example, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficient in data modeling and management with experience in third-party integrations and APIs.
Demonstrate advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues and identify optimal solutions.
Preferred
Previous experience in SaaS
Salesforce Advanced Admin certifications
Passion for esports and a genuine interest in supporting the growth of amateur players.
