Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and performing preventive maintenance on all building systems to maintain 100% uptime.

Monitor and adjust operation of various systems including refrigeration, air conditioning, boilers, and electrical equipment.

Comply with departmental policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.

Learn and understand the data center site to manage incidents and events.

Manage work orders, vendor relationships, and customer tickets.

Understand and comply with emergency escalation procedures.

Perform additional job duties as required.
