Responsibilities
Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
Greet and welcome visitors and customers
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Assist with looking up needed parts for customers, counting and reconciling inventory
Assist as needed with invoicing and other related tasks
Maintain professional communication between employees, customers, and managers
Ensure office runs smoothly and stays organized

Required
Minimum 1 year experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong typing skills and ability to type accurately
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Basic math and attention to details
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines
High school diploma or equivalent
Possess valid Utah Drivers License and reliable transportation. Candidates will be required to pass E-Verify and background check.
Preferred
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
