Responsibilities

Collaborate with various school community members to develop engaging and unique brand experiences across multiple platforms.

Serve as a collaborative thought partner to the marketing team to develop graphics, print marketing materials, digital ad campaigns, and video content for internal and external audiences.

Develop contemporary guidelines for the brand identity of The Baldwin School and encourage its adoption.

Conceptualize and design alumnae and student print publications.

Create templates and toolkits for faculty, students, parents, and guardians.

Maintain and organize creative files.

Attendance is required for some community events. Evening and weekend

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or other related field

5-10 years experience as a graphic designer

A strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects

Experience with print and digital

Exceptional design skills

Collaborative and solution-based team player

Excellent time management and communication skills

Superb attention to detail

High level of comfort with developing creative solutions from concept to execution

Proficient with Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Suite

Preferred

Experience in video editing and web design

Experience with independent schools, universities, or nonprofits
