Responsibilities

Performs highly complex data analysis, data research work, and data transformation within the Performance Management Analytics System project.

Compiles and manipulates data points using SQL, Python, or other languages to support complex analyses of program area data sets.

Provides suggestions to improve data quality and assesses data quality by identifying missing, erroneous, or duplicate data.

Determines effective methods to address data requests and construct visualizations to monitor service trends.

Engages with stakeholders to build relationships, find solutions, and explain tool development in clear language.

Develops and interprets statistical data charts, maps, and tables.

Required

Four-year college degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Social Science, or related degree required.

Five years or more work and experience with data acquisition, data collection, management, analyses, and visualization of health and human services-related data and/or large datasets preferred.
