Responsibilities

Engage in complex time-sensitive contract management tasks.

Collaborate with various departments on project and client needs.

Facilitate subcontractor onboarding and manage non-technical aspects of projects.

Track program, project, and task performance data.

Research and understand client business issues.

Manage proposal generation activities and maintain project files.

Utilize Document Management Systems for project documentation.

Interpret and track compliance with government contractual requirements.

Facilitate the writing, updating, and management of contractual Quality Assurance documentation.

Assist in delivering project financial information and preparing project status correspondence.

U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance required.

Required

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Ability to obtain a government security clearance required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Two (2) years of experience in commercial and/or government contracting preferred.

Knowledge of the regulatory landscape and trends impacting engineering services organizations performing work for the Federal government.

Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or other relevant project management certification(s) a plus.

Experience with Quality Assurance programs a plus.

Experience with Primavera a plus.
