Responsibilities
Program laser equipment using nesting software
Update routings for machined components
Determine routings based on engineering drawings
Evaluate drawings with engineering software
Program and nest laser parts
Explore new processes to enhance quality and productivity
Analyze blueprints for accurate part dimensions
Ensure proper tooling and fixtures are available
Make mechanical or program adjustments
Collaborate on design improvements
Verify engineering information accuracy
Problem-solve within the team
Contribute to continuous workflow and process improvement
