Responsibilities
Produce high-quality photo and video content for social media marketing and promotional materials.
Manage and maintain property social media profiles, engage with the community, and respond to comments.
Assist in planning and executing outreach marketing campaigns to attract new residents and promote the property locally.
Collaborate with the Leasing Manager to provide marketing support for leasing and resident retention efforts.
Develop and maintain a content calendar for consistent posting across social media platforms.
Participate in outreach marketing efforts on campus and in the community, including customer appreciation events.
Showcase resident experiences through digital marketing content to foster community.
Ensure all marketing materials accurately represent the property's features and amenities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices.
Explore partnership opportunities with local businesses and organizations to expand the property's reach.
Participate in monthly marketing meetings and assist with new leasing efforts and office operations.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Working towards a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Experience with editing apps such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Lightroom is strongly preferred.
Possess strong photography and videography and editing skills.
Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours a week between 8:00am - 7:00pm Monday through Friday with occasional nights and weekends.
Must be available the last Friday of the month for a meeting with the Digital Marketing Specialist.
