Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish content to Peachtree Entertainment's (and sub-brands) social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
Review all social media content, including captions, posts, and graphics to ensure it is error-free and aligned with brand guidelines.
Grow event awareness, site traffic, and social following through an in-depth understanding of each event and creative content.
Maintain a strategic content calendar outlining key moments in event lifecycles for amplification.
Plan, create, and publish marketing emails and SMS messages to the Peachtree Entertainment database.
Maintain a strategic email/SMS calendar outlining key moments in the event lifecycles for amplification.
Collect customer data.
Coordinate the delivery of promotional tickets with applicable marketing partners.
Process incoming advertising invoices.
Research audience and artist demographic info to help shape marketing plans.
Assist with grassroots marketing campaigns including ordering flyers/posters and shipping materials.
Ensure on-time delivery of show assets and information to marketing teams.
Attend all meetings as required by Management.
Maintain office décor, neatness, and cleanliness.
Establish and maintain sound business and financial procedures in accordance with Federal and State laws, and internal company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Required
Associates Degree with 3 years of experience in a comparable work-related field
Strong knowledge of computer software applications: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, QuickBooks
Verbal skills to convey complex information and procedures in a clear, professional manner
Strong writing skills to prepare reports, instructions, and informational material used in the conduct of the Organization's business
Advanced accounting skills to perform basic functions for accounting and payroll
Reading skills to comprehend complex materials and the ability to interpret and communicate their meaning
Ability to multi-task, prioritizing among competing tasks, and to use critical thinking skills
Exhibit a high level of professionalism and ethics working amicably with others
Must meet the Company's employment and physical standards
