Responsibilities
Lead as a low-code or no-code solution engineer to develop user-friendly solutions for clients.
Support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready.
Identify new techniques and improve the digital environment using little to no code.
Work cross-collaboratively to automate and accelerate cloud modernization.
Translate clients' IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns and design standards.

Required
2+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications.
2+ years of experience with ServiceNow low-code or no-code platform.
Experience with ServiceNow SecOps Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.
Experience developing applications using little to no code and using a low-code or no-code platform to create apps.
Experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, or CSS.
Experience creating solutions to complex challenges in a collaborative team environment.
Knowledge of SOAP and REST Web services.
Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience.
Preferred
Experience with CMDB and Configuration Items (CIs).
Experience with Object Oriented Programming, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
Experience implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, jQuery, Prototype libraries, Java, CMDB, or asset integrations in ServiceNow.
Experience with application design concepts and tools, including using UML, ERD, and Flow Diagrams.
Experience introducing open-source solutions into ServiceNow via Script Includes or as JS or CSS Includes.
Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products.
Experience developing portals.
Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP Integrations.
ServiceNow Certifications.
ITILv3 or ITIL4 Foundations Certification.
Experience with Public Trust clearance.
Experience with US Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
