Responsibilities
Lead the creation and deployment of scalable, secure DevOps solutions.
Collaborate with development teams to streamline continuous delivery pipelines.
Architect and manage cloud infrastructure for optimal performance.
Establish and maintain robust monitoring systems for proactive issue resolution.
Drive containerization efforts using Docker and Kubernetes.
Develop and enforce best practices for version control and documentation.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and practices.
Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies for process enhancement.
Provide mentorship and guidance to Dev team members.

Required
Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent experience
5+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer
Strong proficiency in Linux, Unix, & Windows administration
Expertise with cloud services and administration for clouds such as AWS, Azure (preferred), or GCP
Experience in Terraform IaC and infra services ensuring high availability and performance
Experience with CI/CD and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, etc
Solid grasp of network architecture and security principles
Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for creating high-quality software
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred
Adept in Docker containers and orchestration systems such as Docker Swarm or Kubernetes
Experience with insurance or financial services is advantageous but not required
