Responsibilities

Maintains current job plans, specifications, and communications log with the customer.

Coordinates the procurement of materials, supplies, and services, and controls timely delivery to the job site.

Prepares the project installation plan, manages the plan, and implements job procedures.

Works with the Operations team for resource planning of technicians, sub-contractors & programmers.

Maintains the construction schedule and coordinates task scheduling with other trades.

Keeps self, superiors, and subordinates informed of progress.

Maintains all records of job status, job changes, material flow, and other control records and supervises the preparation and processing of reports for internal and external use.

Assists with coordinating project permits and plans.

Involves commercial work like city/government buildings, police stations, healthcare, and some smaller office buildings.

Required

Hands-On Commercial electronic security experience

Ability to effectively execute projects at any scale

Managing, overseeing, and coordinating all aspects of projects from award through completion

Managing customer expectations, customer and internal communication, and project budget closely

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preparing project installation plans, managing the plan, and implementing standard job procedures

Coordination of procurement of materials, supplies, and services, and controlling timely delivery to jobsite

Resource planning of technicians, sub-contractors & programmers

Maintaining construction schedule and coordinating task scheduling with other trades

Keeping self, superiors, and subordinates informed of progress

Maintaining all records of job status, job changes, material flow, and other control records

Experience in commercial work like city/gov buildings, police stations, healthcare, some smaller office buildings

Intermediate Level experience

Preferred

Current certification or proficiency in Access Control systems: Pro-Watch, Genetec, Software House, Lenel/S2, OpenPath

Current certification or proficiency in Video systems: Axis, Exacq, Milestone, MaxPro, Genetec, Victor, Avigilon, Hanwha
