Responsibilities
Unpack and inspect inbound product to identify damage or defects
Perform repairs on boxes such as taping, reboxing when needed, repalletizing and using banding material to strap boxes to pallets
Walk the floor to inspect freight for repairs and bring freight to the repair area
Document inspection results through RF gun scans
Collect evidence of failures by capturing key attributes and images via a google form
Manage product flow through the workstation and department
Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with supervisor, lead, peers, and support staff
Assist the warehouse floor as needed by the Supervisor
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Required
Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 lbs. unassisted and moving product 150+ lbs. unassisted or via team lift
Must be able to work on the warehouse floor 8 hours a day or more
Strong, consistent work ethic
Excellent time management and punctuality; Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using hardware technology (RF Guns, Android devices, etc.)
Able to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively
Able to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you
Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred
Experience in Distribution or Logistics is a plus
