Responsibilities

Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of engineering projects to ensure goals are met within time and budget constraints.

Directs, mentors, and develops engineering staff.

Responsible for P&L, budgeting, financial management, and business development.

Prepares or reviews engineering design plans and specifications.

Establishes work plans, staffing, and recruitment for project phases.

Leads project engineers and technicians to ensure progress and budget adherence.

Maintains client relationships, reviews proposals, and ensures project profitability.

Exercises cost control and compliance with contract agreements.

Initiates and reviews proposals, participates in interviews and presentations.

Develops, reviews, and confirms financial and project delivery activities.

Assures project team compliance and cost control within budget constraints.
