Responsibilities

Perform antibody production, purification, and testing processes, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new manufacturing processes and techniques.

Implement production plans and closely monitor key performance indicators to ensure achievement of targets.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain a continuous and efficient workflow.

Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of all experiments and production activities.

Commit to producing and maintaining the highest standard of quality in antibody production.

Ensure timely delivery of production work and projects.

Perform various tasks with assistance of batch records, standard work instructions, operating procedures, or shadowing with a trained associate.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, such as Biology or a related area.

Proven experience in antibody production, purification and immunoassay techniques advantageous.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred

Experience in chromatography (affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion). FPLC experience advantageous.

Experience in protein modification (cross-linking, fluorescent, protein and small molecule conjugations).

Experience in antibody purification/modification and validation via various functional tests (WB/ELISA/IHC/IP/IF/FACS).

Experience in SDS-PAGE, small and large scale buffer preparations, protein/enzyme assays, UV/VIS spectrophotometry measurements, and labware setup/takedown.

Experience in maintaining accurate inventory and assisting in cycle counting or physical inventory.
