Responsibilities

Help integrate disparate DoD platforms used for military cyberspace operations

Modify and enhance existing CMF systems

Implement a distributed analytical and information sharing infrastructure

Normalize CMF platform functionality

Provide a common framework, infrastructure, and services to support CMF offensive and defensive operations

Required

3+ years of recent experience

Must be a certified SAFe® Scrum Master

Must have at least a SECRET clearance at time of award and provide evidence of submittal to Special Security Officer of their completed SF86 (Questionnaire for National Security Positions) for Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI)

Preferred

Current TS/SCI eligibility. (Must hold or have held a TS/SCI position within the past 24 months.)

Demonstrated experience integrating and fielding a SOA

Atlassian JIRA tool for Agile Processes, Program Management, and Issue Tracking

JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) for Java EE compliant application hosting

MongoDB and MySQL as Open Source alternatives for persistent data

VMware for virtualization of machine resources, operating systems, and applications

Security Services: Host Based Security System (HBSS)

Security Services: Identity and Access Management (IdAM)

Security Services: Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)

Security Services: Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) Information Event Management (SIEM)

OpenSearch for publishing results in a format suitable for syndication and aggregation

Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) for communication between interacting SW applications

Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration (UDDI) for service registry on internet

Ozone Widget Framework (OWF) organizing web applications and at multiple locations

Understanding & deconflicting existing training materials, current knowledge management artifacts, and help desk requirements the Services and USCC bring to large solutions

Develop interfaces (apps) into current DoD processes and share key sustainment dependencies with other program management, architecture, dev-ops and other scrum teams
