Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable and robust AI solutions in collaboration with internal IT teams and AI vendors.
Create and maintain architecture blueprints, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Evaluate and recommend AI technologies and frameworks to meet project needs.
Understand the solution design and build of AI solutions, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
Lead the integration of AI solutions with existing systems and platforms.
Ensure seamless interoperability between AI solutions and enterprise systems.
Support with test strategies and ensure reliability of outcomes.
Ensure adherence to architectural principles and design patterns.
Monitor and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with internal IT teams, data scientists, and AI vendor partners.
Communicate project risks to the program manager.
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the technical teams.

Required
Minimum 10 years of Machine learning/Data Science Experience
12+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with a focus on AI and machine learning
Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale AI solutions
Experience in system integration
Strong understanding of Data Science tools and technologies, hands-on experience (at least 8 Years) in applying appropriate techniques to build advanced Machine-Learning models, including handling of all pre- and post-modeling deliverables
Very strong hands-on working knowledge of Python and SQL
Expert with Machine Learning methods like Boosting algorithms, Decision trees (CART, Random Forest etc.), Support Vector Machines (SVM), Naïve Bayes, KNN, and unsupervised learning techniques like PCA, Clustering
Highly skilled in ML Ops principles, including code versioning (using Git), monitoring, re-training, deployment, CI/CD and ensuring seamless integration of machine learning models into production environments
Should have worked across both structured and unstructured data (text) leveraging classification, regression, unsupervised, NLP and other techniques
Experience in working with Service-oriented Architectures, APIs and in deploying services into containerized orchestration environments such as Kubernetes
Experience in engaging with Platforms/Product-centric Agile Development processes
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities
Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders
Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred
Experience or familiarity with healthcare industry practices, particularly in payor operations, is highly preferred
Python: 1 year (Preferred)
SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
