Responsibilities
Create, review and revise inventory policies/plans to support the customer needs, bringing flexibility and operational guidance to the business in the most cost-efficient way.
Develop and implement different inventory models on Finish Goods and Raw materials to optimize the product flow, maximizing the operation efficiency at the same time.
Translate and navigates projected forecasts (S&OP), sales demand and manufacturing builds into inventory policies to protect seasonal demands.
Develop inventory optimization strategies and present to different supply chain teams.
Monitor and adjust the inventory policies to meet changing customer needs and ensure connection with finish goods and raw material requirements.
Review, manage and lead discussions about SKU and categories inventory performance vs plan to meet current flexibility strategies.
Recommend production frequencies and Lot sizes (EoQ) and solutions to meet the demand plan.
Serve as an effective liaison among other functional departments within the organization.
Work with cross-functional partners to continuously improve the end-to-end inventory platform
Utilize system reports as well as experience and judgment to propose improvement to the inventory models and ways of work.
Continuous Ad-hoc Analysis for Core, Beverage, and Specialty planning to drive initiatives.
Assist in Regional projects with Planning Managers and other functions.

Required
2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
2 Years – Experience in Position
2 Years – Experience managing people/projects
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of Python, PowerBi, or similar coding/platform
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or other related field
Preferred
4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
4 Years – Experience working in Position
4 Years – Experience managing people/projects
Master's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or other related field
