Responsibilities

Assist the Entertainment and Media Group with underwriting, closing, and managing production loans and cash flow / leveraged loans for film, television, and music.

Spread, manage, and maintain financial background information on present and prospective customers.

Complete covenant testing and maintain related records and files.

Prepare a variety of credit department reports as assigned.

Prepare credit analysis for new and existing loans.

Review client financials and generate cash flow reports.

Monitor existing loans for covenants, collateral reviews, cash flows, and financial performance.

Interface with internal clients to resolve issues regarding spreads and covenant tests.

Assist in the opening of deposit accounts and manage deposit relationships.

Monitor the team’s opportunity pipeline through CRM Sales system.

Prepare internal credit approval/analysis reports.

Facilitate reporting and requests on behalf of the Bank with third parties.

Required

Undergraduate degree in business, finance/accounting is required. Experience in related field is considered.

1-2 years’ experience in credit analysis.

Familiarity with financial statements and ability to analyze business and financial data.

Proficient in the use of personal computers and software programs, such as Excel and Word.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Be a self-starter with good interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Familiar with financial analysis tools such as Moody’s Risk Analyst or Credit Lens and Paul Buker Tax Analysis a plus.
