Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across campaign operations, creative, and analytics teams to ensure on time and accurate launches (intake, scope, prioritization, triaging assignments, problem solving, capacity planning).
Working with quantitative and qualitative data teams to deeply understand the audience and use cases to inform the strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement.
Propose new policies & processes to govern the launch of creator scaled comms campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables and goals.
Drive adoption of new creator platform capabilities for marketers.

Required
Bachelors degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or similar.
Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing platforms, operations, growth, product or analytics.
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
Expertise in analyzing data to influence outcomes: analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make business decisions and/or to communicate insights to cross-functional teams and leadership positions.
Organizational and project management skills, including ability to synthesize a high volume of information to see the big picture while effectively managing details.
