Responsibilities

Responsible for managing and driving large complex programs & projects throughout the full project life cycle.

Manage PMO activities in support of the overall program including project schedule, integration, resource plans, risk management, financials, and communications.

Cultivate relationships with project core team leads, lead meetings with stakeholders, monitor project progress, and ensure project quality.

Review and provide feedback on project management deliverables, identify process improvements, and collaborate with Central PMO on project health.

Make critical decisions, influence others, communicate effectively, and provide people leadership.

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Professional project management certification (PMP) and/or diploma

Detailed knowledge of project planning, tracking, resource management, project planning, scheduling tools, and cross-project analyses

Demonstrated experience delivering on projects of various sizes & durations

Strong technical aptitude - experience with finance or SAP implementations

5+ years of Project Management of enterprise-wide implementations

Experience in Finance - foundational understanding of finance processes and systems (OTC, A2R, AP, AR etc.)

Data flow between systems

Soft Skills: Attention to detail, Consultative mindset, Proactive communication, Presence in conversations - they need to be the face of it. Present in the conversation. Not an order taker. Ask questions, participate. Think about what is important from a PM standpoint.

Preferred

Post-graduate degree

Planview experience

SAP experience - ERP at minimum

Risk & Issue Management and Mitigation of risks

Ability to connect the dots on interdependencies and flag ASAP

Impact assessment (i.e. if XYZ risk were to become an issue, what would the impact be?)

Scenario Planning

Experience in Agile

Stakeholder Management

Consultative Mindset
