Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders and business analysts to translate needs into technical solutions
Use interviewing and analytics skills to define stakeholders' needs and identify root causes for existing issues
Provide advice and guidance to less experienced team members
Design, configure, and customize Salesforce according to technical specifications
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to understand the customer journey and track success
Participate in business and process reviews as a Salesforce subject matter expert
Complete detailed reviews of integrated tools to ensure proper fit based on user requirements
Assist in the day-to-day maintenance of Salesforce and guide junior administrators with best practices
Develop and maintain proper documentation of Salesforce configuration and development efforts
Assist stakeholders with developing training materials and delivering training
Create and maintain reports and dashboards

Required

Three (3+) years Salesforce administration experience at or above level II, or as solo administrator for a customized Salesforce org
At least two (2) years of experience administering Salesforce CPQ
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
Self-motivated and able to work both with the team and independently from a remote location
Deep understanding of general CRM architecture as well as Salesforce process defaults and data structures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Integrated applications such as Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign, and Marketo
Strong understanding of MS applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
Good familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Copado)
Solid understanding of BPMN 2.0 specifications and tools
Apply advanced knowledge of an applications single function or thorough knowledge of multiple sub functions to create efficient and effective solutions
Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Experienced with data modeling, custom objects, permissions, SOQL queries
Excellent personal and project organization skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with members in all departments

Preferred

BA/BS or equivalent related experience
Experience with Apex or Visualforce
Previous experience working in IS/IT
Previous experience working within in Sales, Marketing, Operations and/or Support
Certified Salesforce CPQ
